Paper Submission

Authors are advised to prepare their papers according to the Springer paper formatting guidelines (Word document/LaTeX) and add their Email ID with their affiliation to their names in papers.

Submit the manuscript of the paper in the one-column page format as
- Full Paper: having 10 to 12 pages (including figures & tables)

Submit full manuscript via any of the following methods,

 

Manuscript Preparation Guidelines:

  • The abstract and title should be readable stand-alone and not contain any references or unexplained acronyms.
  • Simultaneous submissions (papers already submitted to other conferences, papers with same set of authors and corresponding author) are not allowed.
  • The article submitted to the conference should strictly follow the Springer paper template available in both word and LaTex formats.
  • The Technical Program Committee makes the final decision to accept the paper.
  • Registration should be made only after receiving the official acceptance letter from the conference Email.

 

Review Process:

ICCCES follow double-blind peer review process. Each article will be assigned to 3-4 reviewers. Articles will be selected for presentation and publication only if at least two reviewers will select the article after completing the review process.

Note: Minimum of 2 reviewers will review the submitted paper; all reviewers are subject matter experts (Review process usually takes 10-15 working days)

 

Anti-Plagiarism Policy:

ICCCES is intended to accept ONLY high quality papers, which have originality and novelty in research content. The conference strongly suggests NOT using or copying any part of the already published materials. The papers submitted to the conference first will undergo screening process for originality in the content. If they satisfy this requirement, the papers will be further sent to review. Otherwise the papers will be rejected at the first level. The authors who indulge in plagiarism will be blacklisted.
